The Covert Tungsten Ronnie Sleeves have been designed for use with quick change swivels to form a tidy sleeve on the hook section. The sleeves slide securely down onto the swivel securing it in place balancing the hook bait with no need for shrink tube. This makes changing hooks quick and easy.
